"I absolutely recommend them. My appointment was for 5pm. They are very thorough and actually took their time with me. I brought two dogs, and was never rushed. They listened and answered every question, even if I asked multiple times. Very patient and explained things slowly and in full detail. If you bring your pets, I'm sure you will be treated the same.
